Hello, my name is Ciara, but you can call me CiCi. I am a state-licensed permanent makeup artist, Li-FT® technician, and hairstylist. My services include permanent makeup for brows, lips, and eyeliner, as well as lip neutralization, tattoo lightening/removal, emergency removal, and various hair services. I am based at Cabana Hair Salon in Rochester. I have been a hairstylist for 15 years, but permanent makeup is my true passion. I began this journey three years ago and have since trained under renowned artists such as Lisa Om, AAM-certified artist Jessica Mendez, Lissandra Conner, and Teryn Darling of GirlzInk Studios. I am dedicated to continuously learning and perfecting new techniques, and I plan to expand my services to include areola reconstruction and scalp micropigmentation in the future. I have always had an artistic flair and a genuine passion for the beauty industry. Whether it's a simple haircut, color correction, or permanent makeup procedure, my goal is to make my clients feel confident and beautiful. When I am not working, you can catch me out on my motorcycle riding around town, spending time with my wife, snuggling my cats, or raiding our local antique and oddity shops.
